The Cuisine at Hotel Langtaufererhof

The Langtaufererhof Hotel cuisine is a creative fusion of the traditional hearty aromas of local Tyrolean cuisine and Mediterranean sophistication. The characteristic flavors of our region may also be found in the innovative dishes created by chef/owner Sepp Thöni, preferring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. 

A taste of Vallelunga: traditional yet sophisticated cuisin

Among the numerous culinary delicacies worth trying are cheeses from the long-established Patscheider Dairy farm in San Valentino/St. Valentin, or deer, ibex and chamois venison hunted in the nearby forests by the owner himself. Our special menu will also satisfy vegetarians and guests suffering from allergies.
