In keeping with the motto “The early bird catches the worm” we send you off into the mountains with an early bird breakfast on request. The 5-course menu in the evening with selections make it easy to recall the day’s wonderful events.

Welcome to the Bergler gourmet world! The fragrant mountain air has given you plenty of sporting moments? No less fragrant is our culinary programme. Look forward to ending the day on a flavourful note in regional style.
Dishes created with love from seasonal and local ingredients. Depending on the season, the unmistakable aromas of Langtaufer alpine herbs come into play. And the venison brought home by Sepp is certainly in a class of its own.
Course by course, enjoy exciting flavours and a matching glass of fine wine. Quietly drift into being-perfectly-happy and a comfortable Alpine-Silence-night.

Rise and shine!
Wake up and smell the coffee? Coffee, yes. Because the Thöni family is flexible like any good athlete. So we don’t mind catering to early risers as well. No matter the hour - the early-riser breakfast is standard in our mountain refuge as is the power-snack to go.
Not quite the selection as at the breakfast buffet, but everything for your fit start to the day. Beverages to get warm, bites to refuel your energy. And then you can head into the Edelweiss well energised.
Your dream tour lasts well into the afternoon? With the Bergler packed lunch in your backpack that is sheer delight. Alpine time is mealtime. Happy day!

At the cold time of year outdoor fans are drawn to the cosy ambience of our mountainous refuge even earlier.
