- Dairy products such as cheese, butter and yoghurt are sourced from local Alpine dairies, for our highlight-evenings also from small producers from the region.
- We get our beef and veal from suppliers from the Alpine region.
- Venison comes from nearby local forests, brought home by passionate hunter and landlord Sepp himself.
- Fruit and vegetables are carefully selected to support fair trade.
- Alpine herbs are harvested according to season right at our front door, on untouched meadows, at the forest edge and from our very own herbal bed.
