When the summit cross calls!
3000-metre peaks as far as the eye can see. To the east of our mountain refuge, you’ll find one of the most fascinating ski touring areas in the Alps. Gentle tours for beginners lead up to Glockhauser or up to Gamsspitze mountains, sunny tours through corn snow up to Großer Schafkopf or to Tscheyer Scharte.
More difficult glacier tours lead up to Weißkugel, Weißseespitze and Äußere Bärenbartkogel. Scaling the Freibrunner and Langtauferer Spitz summits is more challenging, testing even more experienced ski tourers. Wow!
Starting point
